On this auspicious Diwali, learn to settle the mind, and ...

Step into 2027 - Renewed through the holidays!

Reset your nervous system, your body, mind, and heart. Everything you absorbed since January, 2026 and before may be still sitting in your tissue and it does not leave on its own because the calendar turns. It all begins now.

Anti-aging: Everything moves slower than it did

Your face is heavier in the morning. Rings sit tighter. You are doing what you always did and your body is answering differently.

You're ahead: You have time to do it

Stress does not stay in your head. It settles into tissue that has no pump of its own, and it waits there until something moves it.

....And the holidays are coming!

Making a new year's resolution? This one day now is worth more than a promise in January, 2027.

The practice, in your own hands

Nobody works on you. You learn to work on yourself, with me there to correct your hands, so you keep it for the rest of your life.

One

Ayurveda, in plain language

What your own constitution is, and why the woman beside you may need different oils or a different pressure than you do. Just feel what your body naturally wants you to know.

Two

The full drainage sequence

Collarbone, neck, face and jaw, belly, legs - in the order the body actually drains, at the pressure that actually works. Most women have been doing this backwards.

Three

The anti-aging work

The face and jaw sequence I am known for, done slowly with warm oil, until you feel the difference on one side of your face before you start the other.

Four

Twenty minutes at home

A day you cannot repeat is a nice memory. You leave with a short version that fits a real evening, and a card to keep where you will see it.

The shape of the day

You come up for the day and drive home in the evening. Unhurried on purpose... there is time to walk, make new like-minded friends, to sit in the temple, and to eat without rushing.

Morning

Arriving and grounding

Morning Yoga-Breath and gentle movement. Breakfast brunch then we start at the root. Ayurveda basics on how the lymphatic system.

Late morning

Your constitution

What is actually happening in your body, in language that makes sense the first time you hear it. Ayurveda with yoga philosophy

Afternoon

The practice, hands on

The full sequence and the anti-aging work, with warm oil, corrected as you go.Learn your practice for home,

EVENING - Closing

What you carry forward

A closing circle, and manifesting with oils...a quiet look at what you want to magnetize in the new year ahead.

Exact times come with your confirmation

9 energies-a woman moves through

We start where everything has to start - grounded, awake, and actually in your body rather than three steps ahead of it.

We work with my Glowing Goddess Body Beauty oil, blended for grounding, then opening the heart. It is yours to use all day. If you want to take a bottle home, or the hair growth oil or the rose hydrator, they will be there .

What is included

✦ The full day of teaching with me

✦ Amazing meals and all your Mount Madonna day fees,

✦ Oils and everything you need for the hands-on practice

✦ Your home practice card, so Monday looks different too

✦ Time on the trails, at the temple, and in the quiet, you choose

The place

Mount Madonna Center sits high in the mountains above Watsonville, in redwood forest looking out over Monterey Bay. There is a Hanuman temple, quiet trails, and food worth driving for. About forty-five minutes from San Jose, and the drive up the mountain is part of what settles you.

November on the mountain is cool and often foggy, so we stay indoors and warm with oils, teachings, community, blankets, and tea. Bring layers and shoes you can walk in. This is a day retreat, overnight stay is an option.

Replace with a warm portrait of you

Hi, I'm Geeta Priya Arora.

Ayurveda Doctor (NAMA) | YTT-200 | Executive Mindset Coach

I was born into a Hindu/Sikh family, where spirituality, tradition, and ancient ways of living were part of my life from the very beginning. But although I grew up around these traditions, I didn't truly understand Ayurveda or recognize it as my life's work, until much later.

That journey eventually brought me full circle to Mount Madonna, where I formally deepened my studies in Ayurveda and Yoga. To now return to Mount Madonna to teach is deeply meaningful to me. It is not something I take lightly. It feels like coming home to a place that became an important part of the path I was always meant to walk.

In Palo Alto, they started calling me the Queen of Lymphatic Drainage, years before it had a hashtag.

I spent my early career in tech, and at 27 was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma with a month left with chemotheraphy as my only option. As my choice, I chose a holistic path and that experience brought me to Ayurveda. It changed how I understood the body and sent me searching for my purpose in life. When I went back to the corporate world, I noticed how much daily stress was shaping my mind and body. I had to leave and share what I learned about Ayurveda.

After my daughter was born in 2001, I gave myself fully to helping people with Ayurveda. I met Dr. Vasant Lad and began studying formally. I learned Jyotish with a passion and became a licensed esthetician to understand beauty and the skin from a Western clinical view. I created wellness centers in Burlingame, the East Bay, and then Palo Alto where I worked with executives, scientists, and thought leaders who were quietly running themselves into the ground. Because I experienced the healing in my own body, I was able to understand what was happening to other people's physical and energetic bodies. I had experienced how the lymphatic system helped me heal and, at my wellness center, I had the honor to put my hands on thousands of bodies with abhyanga, panchakarma, consultations, and other Ayurvedic therapies to bring the teachings of Ayurveda and Yoga fully into each client. I had also trained in Shiatsu Japanese Massage which taught me energy movement techniques. With Ayurveda this helped me understand what the different doshas felt like, how to understand and see energy movement, and what it takes for transformation to occur.

Today my work has reached people far beyond my treatment room, and it's rooted in helping people breathe, slowing down, treating each other with kindness, and practicing compassionate living.

One fun community, on Saturday-11/7

Questions women ask me

Do I stay overnight?

This is a day retreat, come up Saturday morning and drive home that evening. However, if you want a personal weekend retreat for yourself, there are definitely options.

Do I undress for the practice?

No, you can work on yourself and partner up but stay as covered as you like. Bring loose clothes you do not mind getting a little oil on, especially pants you can rollup.

Do I need to know anything first?

Nothing at all. If you have never done yoga or heard the word dosha, you are in exactly the right room.

Do I have to buy the oils?

No. Everything you need for the day is provided. Bottles are there if you want to keep practising at home, and that is entirely your choice.

Am I the right age for this?

Much of what I teach speaks to what changes in a woman's body but the practice belongs to any adult who wants to learn the anti-aging lymphatic drainage techniques.

Can I come on my own?

Most people do. Our group is small enough that by lunch nobody is a stranger.
